Vacation Time!!

I watched this thing today with U2 (Bein Or) it was really cool. It was a concert thing, and other stuff. Some dude off the street got to get up and sing with Bono...I do not think it is fair. I think it should have been Queen of A&E! Love you Beka!! Hope you and the rest of your family had "a killer time!"
Well, it is finally time for the Princess to leave Mirkwood (temporarily)! I finally get the chance to visit the realm of the Smokeywood...err...Misty Mountains...err...Smokey Mountains. I am taking my "mellon" Erulastiel with me. I shall miss you all! Belain na le,

Best Cd's in the Christian Music Industry (in my opinion)

Ok, I have come to a conclusion in my own mind. (For a blonde, that in itself is a big accomplishment:) The 6 best Christian Cd's are...

1. Sea Of Faces-Kutless
Listening to all of these songs "All Alone" and "Better For You" to be exact have convicted me of things in my life.
2. Jonah33
This is just an awesome Cd, and "Watching you Die" is a great Halo Theme song...hehe.

3. Lose This Life-Tait
I love "Numb," "Fallen," and "Reconnecting."

4. MMHMM-Relient K
I have decided at this point in my life when a lot is going on "Which To Bury: Us Or The Hatchet" is my theme song. And I really like the whole cd.

5. Jesus Freak-DC Talk
Great cd with some great messages.

6. Welcome To Diverse City-Toby Mac
"Toby Mac can't come to the phone please leave a message after the tone."

To anyone was has not listened to these cd's should really listen to them. They are all awesome!

Send In The Freaks

Send in the Freaks K. Max
6-18-97

The lights go out
and the buzz of spirit and body
is electric,
making a light of their own
the acresof humanity wait,
the music is coming.....
in a rush of melody and machinery
the behemoth of sound
lifts its head
live,
as if they were sonic surfers
the freaks enter the room, effortless
yet with passion, a miniature
battalion of sound.
This procession of freakdom
makes such a beautiful noise,
but their true make-up, their raw
identity, locked deep in the soul is
the real inertia of music
soul music..., freak music...,
for the One who created
song watches,
from afar and the music He hears
is pleasing.
